What technology do you use? We use state-of-the-art FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) printers from Creality, ensuring high precision and reliability for every single print.

Are the materials safe? Absolutely. We use official Creality PLA filaments. PLA is a bioplastic derived from renewable resources (such as corn starch) and is biodegradable, making it an eco-friendly choice for your gadgets.

Are the product photos real? Yes! Unlike many other shops that use digital renderings, Yellow3D only shows real photos of products printed by us. We want you to see the authentic texture of the layers and the true vibrancy of the colors before purchasing.

How long does shipping take? If the item is already in stock, we do our best to process and ship the order on the same day or the next business day. If the item needs to be printed, production usually takes 2 to 5 business days, in addition to courier delivery times.

Can I request a custom color? Certainly! If you would like a gadget in a color that is not in our catalog, please contact us. We will check the availability of Creality filaments or discuss together the possibility of a custom paint finish for your item.
