Returns and Refunds

2. Right of withdrawal, Consumers only

Consumers may withdraw within 14 days from the day of delivery, without obligation to provide reasons, unless exceptions are provided by law.

3. How to request a return

Send an email to info@Yellow3D.it indicating:

1. Order number
2. Items for which you are requesting a return or withdrawal
3. First and last name
4. Email used for the order
5. Address
6. Optional reason, if any

You will receive operational instructions and the return address via email.

4. Return conditions

1. The product must be returned intact and, if present, with accessories and packaging.
2. The Consumer is responsible for any decrease in value due to use or handling beyond what is necessary to ascertain the nature and functioning of the goods.
3. Shipping costs for the return are borne by the Consumer, unless otherwise indicated.

5. Refunds

1. The refund will be issued within 14 days of the withdrawal notification.
2. The Owner may withhold the refund until the goods are received or until proof of shipment is provided.
3. The refund will be made using the same payment method used at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Defective or non-conforming products

If the product has a lack of conformity, please contact info@Yellow3D.it indicating the order number and description of the problem, attaching photos or videos if possible. The request will be handled according to the legal guarantee of conformity.
