1. Destinations
Available destinations and any limitations are indicated at checkout.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and shown before order confirmation, during checkout.
3. Processing and Delivery Times
Preparation and delivery times may vary based on destination, product availability, time of year, and carrier. Estimates and available information are indicated at checkout and, where applicable, on product pages.
4. Tracking
When available, the Customer receives a tracking code via email.
5. Inspection upon Delivery
Upon delivery, the Customer is invited to check the package's condition and promptly report any anomalies, indicating the order number and attaching photos of the package and label, when possible.
6. Failed Delivery, Incorrect Address, Storage
If failed delivery is due to incorrect or incomplete data provided by the Customer, or failure to collect, costs for new shipping or storage management may be charged, within the limits permitted by law.
7. Delays for Reasons Not Attributable to the Owner
Any delays due to events beyond the Owner's control, including force majeure, weather conditions, strikes, or carrier disruptions, do not automatically entitle the Customer to refunds, except as provided by applicable law and mandatory consumer protections.
